BIKEPARTS LT, UAB sends goods to buyers from its headquarters at Kalantos g. 76C, Kaunas, Lithuania, LT-52365 or directly from suppliers located in other European Union countries.

Customers are informed of the shipment of goods by e-mail with tracking data.

Returns

Customers wishing to return unsatisfactory, unsuitable or bad goods must fill in a returns form, print it out and deliver it together with the returned goods. To initiate a return and print the return form, log in to your account at: https://motoparts.store/trading/orders/

You must return any goods you do not like within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The 14-day return period does not apply to goods marked “individual order”. Unsatisfied goods must be in complete and original packaging, unused and in good condition.

When returning faulty goods, the defects of the goods must be indicated on the return form.

Your money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of return back to the original payer’s account or to another account if you so indicate on the return form.
